Dr. Beckie D’Andrea brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our practice. She received her DDS degree from the Medical College of Virginia, then went on to complete her residency at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. After that, she completed a fellowship at the University of Washington School of Dentistry to treat patients with special needs and disabilities.
Dr. D’Andrea recently completed a year-long aesthetics (cosmetics) program at the New York University College of Dentistry (NYU) and is currently participating in a 5-year master track program to achieve her Mastership from the Academy of General Dentistry. She is involved at the local level with the Connecticut State Dental Association (CSDA) and in several academic study clubs.
Dr. D’Andrea deeply values giving back to the community locally and globally. Not only does she run a free dental clinic in Haiti, she has also volunteered her time on mission trips to the Dominican Republic and to Hurricane Sandy victims.
Dr. D’Andrea loves practicing dentistry and considers herself blessed to do something she enjoys so much. For her, dentistry is the perfect profession because she gets to bring beauty, compassion, and well-being into the lives of others.
